Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Because some of our candles are custom-made or personalized, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
